Our Anger Management & Parenting Programs are priced to remain accessible while meeting all court and agency requirements.

• Group Classes: $50 per session
• Individual Sessions: $125 per session
• Consultation: FREE  

Program packages and payment plans may be available upon request. 

 Our certified Anger Management Program serves court-ordered, employer-mandated, and self-referred participants throughout Valdosta and South Georgia. 

 Our Parenting Skills Program provides practical education and support for parents, caregivers, and families seeking to strengthen relationships and improve communication. 

Participants who successfully complete program requirements may receive attendance verification, progress reports, completion certificates, and other documentation as appropriate for their specific program. Documentation can be provided to courts, probation officers, attorneys, employers, DFCS, and other approved referral sources when proper authorization has been obtained.

True North Behavioral Health Agency is committed to maintaining accurate records, reliable attendance tracking, and timely reporting to support compliance with court orders, employer requirements, agency referrals, and personal development goals. Our structured documentation process helps ensure participants receive the verification and support they need throughout their program experience.  Documentation is available for courts, probation, employers, attorneys, DFCS, and other approved referral sources throughout Georgia. 

Getting started is simple. Submit an inquiry through our secure client portal, and a member of our team will contact you to discuss your program needs, scheduling preferences, referral requirements, and documentation needs.

Group classes are offered on select evenings and Saturdays. Individual sessions are available by appointment. Program placement is determined based on participant needs, scheduling availability, and referral requirements.

  Our classes are structured, skills-focused, and supportive. Each session includes guided instruction, practical tools, and opportunities for discussion. Participants are expected to arrive on time, remain engaged, and complete the full session to receive credit.  Participants will develop skills related to:

• Emotional regulation 
• Identifying triggers 
• Communication skills 
• Conflict resolution 
• Accountability 

To receive credit for classes, all participants must:

• Arrive on time 
• Attend full session 
• Follow facilitator guidelines 
• Late arrivals (10+ minutes) will not be admitted and will be marked as an absence.
  

These requirements ensure full participation and compliance with court and program standards.
